Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Miami headquarters.

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium padel equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (especially important for rackets)
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Face masks
- Grips
- Compression wear removed from original packaging
- Opened boxes of balls
These items cannot be returned for hygiene or product integrity reasons.

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
