Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (including any protective wrapping for rackets)
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks, grips, or compression wear that has been removed from its original packaging. Additionally, boxes of balls that have been opened cannot be returned.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our padel-specialist team will respond within 2 business hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (Miami, US headquarters)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and include:
- Return authorization number clearly visible
- Copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size exchanges (shoes, apparel) or racket changes:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your preferred exchange item in your request
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
For faster service, you may place a new order for the desired item while processing your return.
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs forms should be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective padel equipment (especially rackets or shoes):
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Priority processing for replacement or refund
